An automatic two-way radio priority selector that switches between one of two 2-way radio sources such as a CB and a HAM radio having a 3.5mm socket with 3 watts or greater audio output power.

  • Also switches any two audio sources such as Ham radio and scanner having a 3.5mm socket with 3 watts or greater audio output power.
  • Has a single 3.5mm mono audio output socket that connects to any one of our Audio Interrupt products or to an External Speaker.
  • Has one 3.5mm mono Non-Priorty input plug and one 3.5mm mono Priority input plug.
  • The AI-AB Switcher is the size of a deck of cards with 12volt power and ground.
  • Audio is heard through one of our Audio Interrupt products or through an External Speaker when connected to the passive Non-Priority audio source when active. User's choice as to which device is Priority.
  • When audio becomes active on the Priority, input audio automatically switches from Non-Priority to Priority source to be heard.
  • Three seconds after the last voice message has been received, it automatically returns back to Non-Priority input.
  • Built to last, a water proof potting compound is used on this product to encapsulate the circuitry and cable assembly that protects against temperature change, vibration, dust or accidental immersion in water.
