MAB – Manual AB Switcher
MAB – Manual AB Switcher
MAB is a manually operated speaker-level audio selector that switches an external speaker or Audio Interrupt product to one of two mono speakers. It is NOT automated as the AI AB Switcher is.
An example would be if the user is usually listening to one specific two-way radio but wants to change to a different two-way radio, the switch is flipped to the second source.
- A two-way radio priority selector that switches between one of two 2-way radio sources such as a CB and a HAM radio having a 3.5mm socket
- Has a single 3.5mm female audio output socket that connects to any one of our Audio Interrupt products or to an External Speaker.
- Has one 3.5mm mono two-radio input plug and a second 3.5mm mono two-way radio plug.
- It’s a simple switch with the appropriate cords.

What Our Customers Are Saying
Hi. I just installed the “Wiz” into my wife’s Grand Am and the “Audio Interrupter” and the “TDS15A” into my Mustang Convertible and wanted to share with anyone else who uses two-way radios in their car how impressed I am.
Took just over a week delivery time from the US to Canada.
Connected it to the radio in my wife’s car.
Plays through the driver’s door speaker.

"I also purchased the Audio Interrupt for Ford 2003-2014 to connect another ham radio to my 2007 Mustang Convertible. With the roof down this car is very loud, so I wanted something that would completely mute the car radio audio when I receive messages over the ham radio. Also, I wanted to hear the ham radio through the high quality speakers in the front doors. This product does just that.
Three seconds after the ham radio audio is finished the car radio audio comes back on. The ham radio audio that comes through the front door speakers has a clarity that it has never exhibited before. It sounds awesome."

"I recently purchased and installed the VHF-U4 on my sailboat. It is a great product and works exactly as advertised. The installation instructions were about as fool proof as they could be."
